All metals including silver can discolor due to air and moisture, cosmetics, perfume, bleach, etc., so they require constant care. - Storage method Silver products should be stored in a completely dry state. Avoid wearing the product when washing your face, bathing, sleeping, or exercising. After wearing, wipe it with a soft cloth and store it in a sealed poly bag when not wearing it. Avoid places with excessively high or low temperatures (saunas, hot springs, steam rooms, bathtubs). High humidity and temperature act as catalysts for discoloration reactions. To prevent discoloration as much as possible, we recommend storing your jewelry in a safe, dry space. Natural stones and decorative stones can be damaged by friction and impact. If there is impact and friction, raw stones, pearls, and decorative stones may fall off, and the chain may break, so be careful not to drop from a high place or subject to excessive impact when wearing it. - How to use Please be careful as discoloration or plating may peel off due to air, moisture, water, sweat, cosmetics, sprays, perfumes, lotions, etc. depending on the material. All TEE RING JAY products except the nose cuff are plated with white gold. Please avoid using a polishing cloth. The polishing component applied to the cloth will peel off the plating. Keep the jewelry as dry as possible and gently rub it with a clean cloth to maintain the plating for a long time. Please refrain from using general silver jewelry cleaners or chemicals. *In case of natural plating peeling over time, additional plating can be applied for a fee. (Re-plating cost and round-trip shipping cost will be charged.) Due to the 'soft' nature of silver, the pin part of one-touch earring products may bend depending on wearing.
